SUBMIT YOUR HUNT

Get Your Hunt on the Wall.

Got a hunt worth sharing? Send it to the chapter. The board reviews every submission, and approved hunts go up on the Hunt Spotlights page for members and visitors to see.

How submissions work

01

Send your hunt

Fill out the form on this page with your story, a few details and your best photos. No account or login needed.

02

Board review

The chapter board reads every submission, usually within a week. They may tidy up spelling or email you a quick question.

03

It goes live

Once approved, your hunt appears on the Hunt Spotlights page with your first name, the species, region and your photos.

04

Keep them coming

Send as many hunts as you like, past or recent. Each one goes through the same quick review.

Why the review? Hunt Spotlights are the chapter’s public face. The board checks that each one comes from our SCI community and shows ethical, fair-chase hunting at its best.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

      Tips for a strong submission

      Photo quality matters.

Bright, sharp, well-composed photos make the difference between a card that gets clicked and one that gets scrolled past.

Tell the story, not the stats.

A great submission is 60% experience, 40% facts. Why this hunt mattered. The challenge. The moment.

      Be honest about the hunt.

Where, how, with what. Members appreciate authenticity over polish.

      Multiple photos are encouraged.

A trophy shot is great. A trophy shot plus a camp scene plus a landscape tells a story.

      Don't worry about word counts.

300 words is enough. 1,000 is fine too.
